For lunch at the hotel Les Regalia, the restaurant's chef has imagined a fresh menu constructed around a range of different individual or sharing dishes. As you bask in the sun by the infinity pool, we'll serve you delicious salads with carefully crafted presentation and flavour. You can also choose from our selection of sharing dishes, such as the platter of Corsican cold cuts or the smoked burrata.

 

If you prefer to eat around the table, you'll be welcomed in our restaurant or on our superb terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Here, you'll enjoy a warm interior space, designed in a veritable ode to the sea. Every day, he strives to bring the originality of African, Asian or Peruvian inspirations to your plates, without ever distorting the raw island products with which he works. To make your culinary voyage even more extraordinary, the restaurant's sommelier will offer you a food and wine pairing, or food and tea pairing (with hot or cold mocktails based around tea) for an alcohol-free option.

The chef's epic

A restaurant with influences from all over the world in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio

Growing up in Africa in a cocoon of restaurateurs, this young man took his first steps helping out in the family kitchen. It is therefore quite natural that he would go on to enrol in a hospitality school in the south of France at the age of 14, where he graduated after two years. He then completed his apprenticeship in a restaurant with two Michelin stars before trying his hand at patisserie. With all his diplomas in hand, he then went to Paris, where he made a living from his passion as a pastry chef in a large hotel restaurant for two years.

 

Driven by a desire to discover other cultures, he flew to Thailand for three months to learn about Asian cuisine, master its cooking methods and pair its herbs … He then continued his world tour by joining Joël Robuchon's Las Vegas restaurant for two years, before practising in Saint-Barthélemy for four years.

 

Driven by a dream of having his own restaurant, he opened his first establishment, "Kitchenette", in Montreal in 2015. Following on from this gastronomic and lively adventure, he went on to open Õréa in 2018, where he offered gourmet cuisine already marked by his many travels.

 

He returned to France a few years later as a chef in a prestigious Italian restaurant. It was in 2022 that he crossed paths with the Carli family, in a chance encounter. They hit it off immediately and it was with an all-consuming desire to write the history of Les Regalia together that he decided to take over the kitchens of this luxurious and unique family home, for your pleasure.
